Description
Syrah grapes yield a full-bodied wine, as intense in
flavor as it is deep in color, this wine marries aromatic
notes of smoke, black fruits, and secondary spices. Your
palate will be aroused by earthy complexities and a brisk
acidity.

Wine Making
The grapes were destemmed, fermentation was carried
out over a period of 15 days at a temperature of 25%C
with pre and post maceration then gently pressed.
Maturing
Matured with oak for 24 months then bottled. Grade A
natural corks are used to ensure perfect and safe aging.
